Once a recharge or bill payment is initiated, cancellation is not possible. Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with payment.
Refunds are applicable **only for failed transactions**. If the transaction is marked as SUCCESS, no refund will be processed.
In case of a failed transaction, the refund will be automatically processed within 3-7 business days. No manual request is required.
